Job Role:

Handle phone-in inquiries & sales orders from customers.

Processing sales orders, Preparing quotations web or excel. Convert quotation to sales.

Maximize sales to customers through effective identification of cross/up-selling and campaign opportunities. Delivering customer satisfaction

Team working -showing consideration for colleagues, Retaining customers -understanding own job and its impact on the customers.

Problem solving -analyses information accurately with appropriate speed. Teamwork -develops effective and supportive relationships at all levels.

Ability to multi-task and work in the most efficient and productive manner.

Dealing efficiently and effectively with high volume inbound calls and processing of orders.

Using initiative -takes responsibility for own actions and decisions.

Taking ownership of the customer case.

Follow-up of payments, Follow-up of C-Forms.

Cost and Calculations –Working closing on cost Table ,and Tool for GPM Margin and web margin, seeking Currency cost to build high margin

Finance responsibilities-Managing accounts of customers’, Knock off, C-forms follow ups, payment follow-ups,AR, Bills Payable ,cheques , RMA adjustment ,Debit Credit Notes,

Logistic Operations:- arranging stock from overseas warehouses from Singapore, UK and US, Germany, handing all shipping related query, freight forwarding , inwards, dispatches, courier followups, waybills tracking’s, stock chasing

Web &Chat support:-loadings online orders, giving online support, Uploading BOMs
