Security Implementation: Implement security measures using Spring Security, including authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT). Containerization and Deployment: Containerize microservices using Docker for consistent deployment across environments. Set up CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. Monitoring and Logging: Implement monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Spring Boot Actuator, ELK stack) to track application performance and health. 

Documentation: Provide clear documentation for the developed services, including API documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI. 

Skills Required: Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework. Experience with microservices architecture and design principles. Familiarity with RESTful API development. Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL). Understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka). Familiarity with security practices in web applications. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
